Tripple 'C'

These Tripple ‘C’ baked an hour after bibu bought new oven..see what she can do with my cake…hasilnye ok…for beginner like me!
Asalnye nak wat pretzel tuk kakak..tapi tak pandai control temp so..mmg tak dpt nak dislamatkan..terhangit..sory kakak..nanti bibu buat lagi..owkeh!

Resepi asal dari Kak Hanieliza tapi bibu modified sket ikut suka ati dan bhn yg ade..esp coffee emulco dan no oil added.

(12 cups)

Ing. A
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup coco powder
1 tsp b/powder
1 tsp s/bicarbonate
1/2 tsp nescafe (replaced with coffee emulco)
a pinch of salt

3/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/2 melted butter (originally oil)
1 egg

1/2 cup hot water

Ing. D
1 cup cream cheese
2 sp sugar
A drop of essen vanilla

1. In a large bowl, combine A...mix well.
2. In another separate bowl, combine ing.B..mix well.
3. In other separate bowl , mix ing D till soft.
4. Add both and mix them until well incorporated
5. Lastly add in the hot water, Ing C.
6. Heat up the Oven at 175c for 5-10 minutes
7. Bake for 20 minutes.

Quality gambo kurang memuaskan...kimera tetinggal kat opis..so snap je gune ape yg ade
